Monday morning Scoozie, Cammi and Momma had a breakfast date with long time friend Mrs. Sandy Hartley at Panera Bread. Sandy and Scoozie had the same due date with Mom and Danny, and now Danny and Allison are expecting a little girl at the end of October.
Then the 3 of us proceeded to do a little shopping at the Nordstrom Rack outlet to find some transition clothes for Mommy. For dinner Pop-pop brought home Thai food.
On Tuesday, Miss Camden's 2 month birthday, Scoozie took her for her first official visit to Whole Foods Market in preparation for dinner with Great Uncle Joe and Great Anne Grandma.
In the middle of our visit Scoozie got a call from her high school best friend Ms. Robin Savage who was just up the street at Reston Town Center so we hopped in the car popped by for a real quick viewing of the Nugget!
Our Wednesday adventure led us into Old Town Alexandria where we had a late lunch at Bertucci's Italian Restaurant and then got iced coffee's and strolled around the shops and wharf. Cammi was just dying to sport her first pair of blue jeans out.
Thursday afternoon Camden and Momma went to Grandpa and Grandma's house in Springfield to meet cousin Jayden and had a lovely lunch and play-date.

Thursday night John Cochran and Ned Miller came over for dinner and drinks and to meet Miss Cammi of course.
Friday was a chill day before heading back down south. Scoozie and Cammi had tummy time and read all of Camden's books while Momma took an afternoon nap. Pop-pop came home and picked up pizza's from Il Fornaio Cucina and we had dinner on the veranda and then watched Julia and Julia.
Saturday we started our journey to Raleigh so we could join in celebration of Pawie's 81st birthday. Camden road the whole way without one peep and we didn't have to stop once. Pawie requested his favorite for dinner so Aunt Judy cooked fried chicken (from Bojangles), mashed potatoes, greenbean salad, rolls and Aunt Judy made a German chocolate cake. Then we surprised Pawie with a new step-thru bike for his birthday.
